About John W. Billington

John W. Billington received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oregon in 1969, and in 1973 received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law.  A long standing member of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the Lane County Bar Association, Mr. Billington has specialized for over 30 years in Probate Law, Plaintiff Personal Injury & Wrongful Death claims, and business related transactional matters.  He has very extensive civil trial experience, and is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Oregon, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and the US Tax Court.
